I can't speak for Rat Boy, but since the caption contests he runs are extremely reliable to start and end on saturdays, it doesn't seem to be that essential. Saturdays I just look on the TOS and Movies forums and there they are ready to go. I'm much more inconsistent, (hey we were all thinking it
) Sometimes it's saturdays, sometimes it's sundays, more recently it's been Late on Friday evenings. So it's more essential for a link to be posted from me.

Riker: The ship is so incredibly crowded, too. I can't shake that weird feeling something is different. Tell Mr. LaForge to run a level one scan for temporal anomalies.
