He was a good adversary for Sisko. "For The Uniform" is a great show, no less for the playful sparring between Sisko and Eddington.

And of course...

"Oh, you're blended, all right."

Jon and Marina have always had great Riker/Troi chemistry and this scene really brings that out, showing them interacting while they're not on duty. And it would have played out just the same had Riker been the one who was drunk.

Many of the lines mentioned here are extremely dramatic. There might be other quit, unemotional lines out there that don't nearly catch as much attention but that require a higher degree actorship of delivering them just right. (Just a thought, I unfortunately don't have any examples as of yet).

"Her belly may be full, but her spirit will be empty" - Picard about his Cardassian torturer's daughter. I've never heard anyone, in all of Star Trek, drop that hard on anybody so effortlessly
