Most Well-Acted/Spoken Line

KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!
Nah.

"I've done far worse than kill you. I've hurt you. And I wish to go on hurting you. I shall leave you as you left me, as you left her: marooned for all eternity in the center of a dead planet. Buried alive. Buried alive."

It's brilliant on its own, but the only reason the Khan! even works is because the set-up is so perfect.

KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!

That needs its lead-in:

I've done far worse than kill you. I've hurt you. And I wish to go on...hurting you. I shall leave you as you left me, as you left her. Marooned for all eternity in the center of a dead planet. Buried alive, buried alive...

ETA: Aaargh! Beaten to the punch!

The post-climax sigh-and-shudder, while as subtle as a ball-peen hammer, seals the deal.

Picard interviewing Admiral Jarok.
Great scene...Stewart full of righteous indignation.”You’re a traitor sir!”

I've always liked Mulgrew's comic timing in this scene:

Many of the lines mentioned here are extremely dramatic. There might be other quit, unemotional lines out there that don't nearly catch as much attention but that require a higher degree actorship of delivering them just right. (Just a thought, I unfortunately don't have any examples as of yet).

Some non-inspirational, non-comedic lines to consider:

"Don't you think I know that? There was, but not anymore. They called me. They begged me for help, four hundred of them. I couldn't. I couldn't."

"You can't understand. You're frightened because you can't understand it. I'm going to show you. I'm going to show all of you. It takes four hundred thirty people to man a starship. With this, you don't need anyone. One machine can do all those things they send men out to do now. Men no longer need die in space or on some alien world. Men can live and go on to achieve greater things than fact-finding and dying for galactic space, which is neither ours to give or to take. They can't understand. We don't want to destroy life, we want to save it. "

" Perrin. Amanda. I wanted to give you so much more. I wanted to show you such tenderness. But that is not our way. Spock, Amanda, did you know? Perrin, can you know how much I love you? I do love you! "

"Oh! Nothing happened. See what you've done? "

"I did. And that's the worst part. I can't believe that I actually enjoyed eating mediocre food and staring into at your smug, sanctimonious face. I hate this place and I hate you. "

"Ziyal, it's all right, it's all right, it's all right. Ziyal, I forgive you. It's all right. "

Picard's "permission granted", which Stewarts delivers with the right amount of resignation, when he grants Yar's request for a transfer to the Enterprise-C.
