Most Well-Acted/Spoken Line

"You should have killed them all, hmm?"
"Yes! Yes! That's right, isn't it? I knew it! I've always known it! I should have killed every last one of them. I should have turned their planet into a graveyard the likes of which the galaxy had never SEEN!! ...I should have killed them all..."

Many of the lines mentioned here are extremely dramatic. There might be other quit, unemotional lines out there that don't nearly catch as much attention but that require a higher degree actorship of delivering them just right. (Just a thought, I unfortunately don't have any examples as of yet).
understated:
Tilly: "I'm trying to decide if I should tell you that you took my bed."

"No! NOOO!!! I will not sacrifice the Enterprise. We've made too many compromises already, too many retreats. They invade our space, and we fall back. They assimilate entire worlds, and we fall back. Not again! The line must be drawn HERE! This far, NO FARTHER! And I WILL MAKE THEM PAY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE!"

"You left me on Genesis. Why did you do that?"

"My God, Bones...what have I done?"
"What you had to do. What you always do. Turn death into a fighting chance to live."

Is this from Duet or Waltz?

I think this whole bit is really overrated. Stewart may be able to chew dialog as well as anyone, but he's never been very good at invoking intense hyper-emotions. The whole sequence feels really forced.

Woodard really saves the scene. To that end, I think had it not been for the way she reacts and her counterpunching this would have become just another classic Star Trek meme.

I think most of the wood on the set was quaking in fear as Stewart spoke. ;)

"Nice planet."

"They'd murder them and they'd come back covered in blood, but they felt clean. Now why did they feel that way, Major? Because they were clean. "

Chilling.
Very. You have to hear this character talk to believe it.

“There’s nothing amazing about it. I know this ship like the back of my hand.”

THUNK!
Knocks himself out cold. And you have to see this scene to see how funny it is.

"21 centimetres... [calculating] ...oh! ohoh! That's good commander, that's very good!"
