the only mcu netflixverse shows that i watched are jessica jones iron fist and the defenders
Jessica Jones didn't have the strong supporting cast that Daredevil did. In this case moving in a different direction might actually improve the show. It's the same with The Punisher. The second season would have been much better if it were a story on its own that didn't bring back the supporting cast from the first season.
