Jessica Jones didn't have the strong supporting cast that Daredevil did. In this case moving in a different direction might actually improve the show. It's the same with The Punisher. The second season would have been much better if it were a story on its own that didn't bring back the supporting cast from the first season.
You should watch The Punisher and Luke Cage. Both are pretty good.
The question asked is clear, the answer given is clear, why shouldn't it have the same meaning?

Both the term "Jessica Jones: Born Again" and Winderbaum's comment are generic and generalized.
Krysten Ritter's follow-up comment is more specific, but is also simultaneously (and appropriately) cagey and also not quite enough, IMO, to warrant jumping immediately to the conclusion that a JJ television continuation ala Daredevil: Born Again is in fact 'in the pipeline', merely that something involving the character - be it a full series, a Special Presentation, or something else that lets her (Krysten) tell stories with Jessica that she didn't get to - is coming.
