The Leader typically* has a mustache so it wouldn't be unusual for a gamma being to have one.

*I haven't looked at any of the leaked images or toys or whatever of the film version of the character, so I don't know if he has a mustache here.

I don't think he did in the posters and artwork they've released of him.

If Mackie wins fans over then that will only make people want to see them team up like we saw with the 3 Spider-Mans in 'No Way Home."

Mackie is already fighting an uphill battle against those who have said they will never accept him as Captain America, no matter the strength of the content. Further, they do not need to be catered to by dragging Evans back, which is the root of their issue.

I actually got a theory we might even see Bucky at some point take on the role and at some point we will see the 3 Captain America's together again in one movie.

I hope not. Bucky--as shaped in the MCU--is his own person, and knows he's no Captain America, nor does he have an interest in the role. He's a far better character as a result, rather than some fanwanker's dream of Bucky stuck in a holding pattern until its "his time".

Not really. Fans love Evans in the role. Studios should never let internet drama impact what they want to do. If he doesn't win people over then people will want to see their favorite come back and do the role again. Somebody's a little bit too optimistic and naive, because there is not a world where Evans coming back as Steve - in any capacity - doesn't result in increased/accelerated racist rejection of Mackie and a toxicity-fueled schism in the MCU fandom.

Marvel Studios is already playing with fire by bringing RDJ back because although he's not playing Tony, the leap between him debuting as Doom and people clamoring to bring him back as Tony isn't that large, and doing the latter would be a monumentally dumb thing to do; the last thing they need is racially-charged blowback caused by toxic neckbeards who don't want to have to acknowledge Mackie's legitimacy as Captain America and would make Evans' return a flashpoint for how/why Captain America has to be a white guy.

If Mackie does well in the role all of that stuff falls to wayside. It's like how hate for the Barbie movie went away when people liked the movie. Quality always tends to win in these kind of situations. It only stays a issue if the new Captain America movie is bad.

The United States wasn't on the fast track to becoming a Nationalistic Dystopian Hellhole when the Barbie movie came out, so your argument that success silences hate is very naive.

America was heading their in 2000 when Cheney stole the election. We have been in the end times for a few centuries by now. We are just now getting very close to the end. But entertainment is entertainment. Lots of the old rules still apply. If something is good it gets embraced. Either as a mainstream hit or cult hit. If it is bad. It still gets embraced. Just a century from now as a cult hit.

^ At the risk of getting too political, in the past Nationalist tendencies could be curbed by a change in administration, which is not where things are right now.

And Anthony Mackie getting bombarded with hate from racist clowns - especially if said clowns had Chris Evans' Steve Rogers to use as a 'poster boy' - has nothing whatsoever to do with 'entertainment' or success.

Actors have been dealing with hate mail and often racist and sexist versions of that to boot. Some go even further with death threats. What is going on is not exactly a new situation.

Anthony Mackie sparked backlash for his comments about Captain America. Here's a breakdown of the controversy.
The actor already created extra unnecessary controversy for him-self very recently.
"To me, Captain America represents a lot of different things and I don't think the term 'America' should be one of those representations," Mackie told a live audience in Rome on Monday on the film's press tour.

No matter how he tries to explain away his quote, he's already digging himself a grave that isn't doing himself & Marvel Studios any favors.
That's already tanking his chances with the mass audiences at home.

Especially with what Captain America "Should Represent".

I'm sure there are other characters that can be Captain America's side-kick.

It doesn't have to be Bucky, especially with his tainted past in the MCU.
Bucky can go on to be his own character.

Didn't they have that new Actor to portray the character of John Walker who goes by U.S. Agent?

Oh, but when Chris Evans and the comics themselves also say that then there's no problem?

Unconfirmed rumors have Kelsey Grammer in talks to return as Beast. All things considered, nothing really surprising there as I was already expecting The Marvel's tag scene to be picked up on in the upcoming Avengers movies.

Well, wasn't he the voice of motion capture Beast in "The Marvels"?
