It's been while so I don't remember exactly how it went, but when the show started the I believe the movie and TV parts of Marvel were together, but part way through they split. I think that might have been at least part of why they stopped coordinating things as tightly as the show went on.
I think the last really close connection was the fallout from the Hydra/Shield reveal in Winter Soldier, that had a huge effect on the show, in fact it changed the entire tone and dynamic of it.
That was in the last quarter or so of its first season and i was really happy to have seen Winter Soldier early because a mere 2-3 weeks after the movie release this started in AoS. Bucky as the Winter Soldier was no spoiler as i knew that already from the comics but Hydra using Shield as a front was new and it really boosted the show and made it a must see for a good while for me.
The last bigger connection it had was when Lady Sif appeared for a short cameo but from season 2 the references got much more sporadic until AoS did its own thing completely. It was ignored by the movies and if you read a bit between the lines back then it seemed like a sore spot for the producers and actors to be treated like a redheaded step child.
About the only back reference to AoS in the MCU i can remember is how Fury escaped from his car in Winter Soldier, as that device/cutter originated in AoS and was invented by Fitz.
So i would be very surprised if Chloe Bennett would appear in the MCU and even more surprised if she gets to reprise her role as Quake. I can't see that being more of a quick cameo with very few lines due to the Multiverse possibilities.
