I like watching coaches lose their tempers and get called for it. It just makes them more angry. A few more minutes and the much maligned Pac-10 will be 2-0 in the tournament. I can't see Cal getting past Duke though. Like it was mentioned upthread, Washington got a better road even with a worse seeding.

) Jim Nantz, the Big East has gone from 8 to 4, and the Pac 10 has gone from 2 to... well 2. Perhaps the Pac 10 did have a not so great year, but they are holding their own so far.
Cal played a great game. I didn't realize how electrifying Randle was, but man that dude is fast. Loved also seeing Patino lose his temper and Cal just staying composed even with the Cards were making a come back. It was a 15 point win, which is a bit surprising given this was Louisville. I doubt Cal will beat Duke, but I think it could be a closer game than people think.

Good morning! St. Mary's leading Villanova by five early. I picked the Gaels to advance based on their beatdown of Gonzaga and they look good so far.
I've got a bracket on ESPN. I randomly picked like I did the last two years, and still have 90.1% correct. 
Another Big East team falls. The WCC is now 3-0 in the tournament. Great game by St. Mary's.

I had Murray State in the Sweet 16 as well. I've seen them play a couple of times this year and they flat out embarrassed opponents.

Now I don't feel so embarrassed at my Cowboys losing to Georgia Tech. At least they're not a mid major. My Cowboys beat Kansas, you know. Kansas State must be licking their chops at the very real possibility of a final four appearance. Is Syracuse still not at full strength?

When Kansas lost, a million voices cried out, and were suddenly silenced. Also, St. Mary's won and my Washington Huskies won bigtime. I have the Huskies losing to WVU, but I would not be surprised (nor would I be disappointed) if they moved on. The way they are playing now, they could beat anybody.
Great start tomorrow with Gonzaga vs. Syracuse. I am hoping the Zags win it but Syracuse looked pretty good in the first round.

You're not the only ass wiper with brackets. I entered two online tourney challenges for cash. I was allowed ten brackets between the two. The lowest I had Kansas finishing was losing in the elite eight on one bracket. I had them winning the national title on five of the ten brackets; I placed them in the title game on eight of the ten. 
The other national title winners I picked were Georgetown (1)
West Virginia (2) Kentucky (1) and Kansas State. (1) I really think WVA has a shot.
