That wouldn't be the case, as MeTV and H&I are part of the same parent company, Weigel Broadcasting, which is why you sometimes have some overlap in the programming shown on those two, Decades, and their new channel, StartTV.

So, the mirror universe arc was pretty good. I liked it about as much as I liked episodes 2 and 3. Unfortunately, we're back to the "Klingon" stuff, which is STD at its worst. but, it is the climax of that stuff, so it will probably be decent, or at least better then the "klingon" stuff pre-Mirror universe arc.

I just got it recently. I watched DS9, VOY and ENT the other night.

Do they show complete episodes or the edited (butchered really) versions shown on BBC America?
H&I used to advertise that their airings of TOS were uncut, so I'd assume that's still the case. But like any modern airings, they still throw commercials in places other than the original broadcast's spots.
