List Only! Last Star Trek Episode You Watched

I've been watching a lot of stuff today, for the anniversary.

Arena (TOS)
Timeless (VOY)
Observer Effect (ENT)
The Pirates of Orion (TAS)
Cause and Effect (TNG)

DS9: "Duet"

I'd never seen this one before.

The music is the first of so many wonderful things that sets this series as being far superior to TNG.

Another is the multi-layered plot, whose only predictable twist is made unpredictable as a result (sorry, no spoilers).

The scripting has never been more exquisite for any DS9 episode, much less any other in Trek as far as I'm concerned.

If not most shows in general.

And the acting... nothing upon nothing tops this episode as well.

Rarely do I weep while watching television. This had the waterworks turned on, several times, increasingly so.

Okay, one spoiler (it's a big one despite being over such a small scene, so I implore you not to click):

I screamed "No!!!!!", even long before Kira had. :o That's just how damn great and compelling this episode was, true to Trek's ideals while providing so many facets of so many levels.

Forget hyped episodes like "The Visitor", those just pale to albino dust in comparison to a genuine, bona fide all time great of television.

10/10.

With ease.

That was a great episode. It was also a pivotal early episode on Kira's growth on her views on Cardassians. The acting was well done. Kira's rage at one point was palpable (sometimes it's in the silence of a character that you see their rage most prominently). And that of the Cardassian throughout was well done.

I watched "The Enterprise Incident" yesterday. One of my favorites of the 3rd season---though I have noticed each time I watch it, it loses a bit of its luster. If I recall I believe one of the novels indicated the mission was secretly arranged by Section 31--an interesting plot point as it is something I could see Section 31 arranging.

Its one of the TOS episodes I enjoy watching even tough in universe it makes little sense. Starfleet has an ingellignce division so why use Kirk and co, ordinary soldiers for espionage, better still they have a planet full of Vulcans with their own spy organisation who can inflitrate the ship.

oh it's such a good episode...
Voyager - Season 2 - "The 37's"
when the cargo bay doors opens... i get the goosebumps

DS9: "Armageddon Game". Remarkably effective and underrated episode with some fantastic twists between both plot resolutions AND formats (e.g. action vs character drama)

TNG - The Survivors.

It came off as a very TOS style episode to me.

Loved the odd little bits of humor. Like Riker getting caught in the simple trap, Worf complimenting Uxbridge on threatening them with a non-functioning phaser and the looks they give Worf when the Husnock appear out of nowhere.

A trio of TNG: The Drumhead (Spencer Garrett as Simon Tarses is excellent in this), Cause and Effect (a fantastic episode which gives Crusher a chance to shine), and I, Borg (Amazing! Can't wait to see Jonathan Del Arco as Hugh in ST: Picard!)

Tip number 1
"Check for lifesigns before you seal yourself inside a cave" - Neelix :)
Voayager - season 2 - Episode: Parturition.

Voyager - Season 2 - "Cold Fire"

"Do not try and bend the spoon, that's impossible.
Instead, only try to realize the truth...there is no spoon.
Then you'll see that it is not the spoon that bends, it is only yourself.
"

^ I don't remember that episode, but it sounds like the scriptwriter was watching a little too much Kung Fu.

^ it's the episode where Kes explore her mental abilities, moving cups, boiling tee.. with her mind.
(the quote are from The Matrix) :)
