TOS - "Patterns of Force". Hilarious how Kirk goes out of his way to say how parallel Earth development without influence from John Gill (who clearly rubbed someone the right way...) or the USS Horizon some three weeks earlier had... but in two weeks Kirk would get his wish over the remarkable coincidence of the US Constitution and American flag despite nobody teaching the locals any of it... and how the latter half of season 2 is chock full of these parallel-development episodes. (Yes, to save on budget costs but nobody was around to make "Sliders", "Quantum Leap", "Voyagers", or any of those shows - which probably took a partial cue from TOS' parallel development law anyway
