It was the story of the Oceanic 6.
It was basically an hour-long "Previously... on Lost" show.
It was a clip show, but still useful as a recap to untangle some of the issues in the show by showing events in consecutive order.
Until last night, I hadn't realized that Sayid's mysterious "he's guilty of genocide" comment about Ben referred to him wiping out Dharma. Which really isn't genocide since Dharma isn't an ethnic group.
