Kira’s Story after The Fall

Hi all,

I’ve been working through the novel verse for the first time and I just recently finished the Fall. I’d really like to know what happens to Kira after she leaves the wormhole, but I haven’t followed the Deep Space Nine relaunch storyline. Which book or books resolve the reappearance/Kira and Altek storyline, and would it be too confusing to follow without reading the prior DS9 books?

The storyline is continued, but not really resolved, in Sacraments of Fire, Ascendance, The Long Mirage, and Gamma: Original Sin. If you could follow Revelation and Dust well enough, then there is definitely enough recap material in the other David R. George III books to get you up to speed with what you need to know.
