That's fair. I just thought he had explained it, but walking away works tooI simply walked away. I did not get personal. I felt someone was calling me a liar and simply dropped out and told him to have a good day.

Hey, you do you.He may of, I ignored any comment after that and had planned to give it a few hours to cool off before I checked it. If I did him wrong, I shall apologize
No personal insults needed, nor did I wanted to hurl them at you. I'm not calling you a liar, just saying you might be misremembering some things. Which would be nothing to be ashamed of, as you remember TOS the way it (mostly) has entered pop culture. Just sayin' the original was actually quite different than most people remember it.
When we see the flared trousers (pants for you folks across the dirty pond), the glitter ball and the dancing in the mess hall then we will know for certainWell they've just said that there's a universe changing event. If I had to make a guess at this point I'd say it starts in Prime and ends in the Disco-verse.
The Great Tribble War. The Klingons lose, the Tribbles wonBack when Fuller was in, he said the plot was based around an event mentioned in TOS but never seen.
Who knows if that is still true or not.
And the Klingons were all forced to change their appearance to avoid the shame. The Great Tribble War. The Klingons lose, the Tribbles won

It was if you count "Trials and Tribblelations" as a TOS episode. But that wasn't mentioned in TOS.
If they decide because of this show NEVER to return to stories in the Star Trek Prime Universe 24th and 25th centuries, I'll be ECSTATIC!If they succeded in killing off the Kelvin Timeline with this show, I'd be a happy camper.
I think Jonathan Frakes is a little too old to be the lead, but I would love to see him guest star as Riker in a late 24th century/early 25th century series, possibly as a recurring Admiral Riker.I think the opposite. The success of discovery may cause them to say "what else can we do?" And someone should be pushing for Star Trek:Titan. It takes place after Nemesis freeing up a lot of cannon issues

Why so down on Star Trek Titan it seems like the next logical series post Nemesis. That is, if DSC actually is a success. If it is not, that's the last we'll see of ST on the small screen for quite some time.
OMG no.
I agree, but I think that's less the case now than it was 10-15 years ago, especially since the series has gone in other directions in that time. I think at this point, the best way to start off a series on the Titan would be with Riker handing over command to the next captain. And I haven't read the novels, so I have no idea how they've handled any of this. Why so down on Star Trek Titan it seems like the next logical series post Nemesis.
