It would've been awesome if the reincarnated Rassilon had been played by Pierce Brosnan. But Craig isn't Rassilon!

No. The Doctor is a British character and should always be played by British actors/actresses. And I say that as a Canadian myself.now can we have an American/Canadian/Australian Doctor

Wessex being a deprived area isn't @Bob The Skutter's fault? That's very understanding of you
I know they'd never do it, but a line of portraits with the Bond's all altered to have the Gallifreyan robes/headdress would be an interesting joke to see the fans react to.
I try to think I am a very understanding kinda guy.

The Second and Third Doctors both wore dresses during their runs...I hope there's an episode where the Doctor has to dress formal, like The Lazarus Experiment. I'm curious to know if the Doctor rocks a frock or goes for a female tux.
I originally thought it was a penis. Which is appropriate for this thread.![]()

"I'd sooner slip my wrists than play Rassilon again!" gripes Daniel Craig before agreeing to take the role one final time after the BBC double his wages.
I do hope the show stays away from silly gender jokes. No scene where the Doctor looks down her pants and says something like "Well, that's new. Never had one of those before!" I think that would be really cringe worthy. Although, I do expect the Doctor will make several references to his new gender.
^Wibbly-wobbly Timey-wimey to explain Connery's return?
That would work too. Prevents us having to refer to Diamonds Bond as Bond 1B!
When you puke up bile like this, yeah. You'd better be ready to defend your position. Your central argument is "I don't think the doctor should be a woman." Present a cogent argument as to why the Doctor should not be a woman, and I'll reconsider my evaluation that you're a sexist prick. Easy-peasy.
I've seen this suggested a few times, but I actually prefer Whittaker going with her natural brunette. Likewise, I would prefer the first ginger to be a natural ginger.Just imagine the reactions when we see her in her official Doctor Who outfit and they've turned her into a ginger.
Well, having a 16 year old daughter, and a 10 year old girl, who watch the doctor who show, even they didn't like it When I showed it to them. They liked rather the idea of being a companion.

Not all the doctors altered to wear tuxedos and hold sonic screwdrivers like guns?
