JAMES CAWLEY SPEAKS!

If the sfx guys have the material, why would they need funding to complete it? The computer program should be at their disposal?

Because a number of VFX guys won't do it for free? Frankly, we don't pay our VFX guys, nor anyone else connected with Potemkin Pictures. Never have, and honestly never will. But other productions may feel otherwise...

Back to the real topic (well, sort of) have these three videos ever been put up here? some interesting behind-the-scenes footage by fx artist Pony Horton (love the man`s work. his solo efforts are really entertaining, you should go catch them on YouTube), on the never-released New Voyages webisode, ORIGINS...

Cool to see the shots around Lake Champlain area; a friend of mine from colleges's family owns land on Lake George called Hulett's Landing, a few miles outside Whitehall and a few miles before Ticondergoa, used to go to that area all the time back in the late 80s through the mid 90s. Beautiful part of the country; of course there is another reason to go up there now. :)

Judging from the selected materials those men were friends. Now, they take cheap shots at each other whenever they can. Something tells me it was during the NV productions where the rifts began. The production sure looked impressive still even today. With all of their attention for detail, it's too bad they can't muster that skill for their terrible stories.
