I just started season 3 and what the hell? The hipper, groovier theme doesn't fit the new darker tone of the series. Hell, why didn't they just go ahead and paint the Enterprise to look like the Partridge Family bus?

I've watched ENT from start to finish 4 times now and that still grates on me every single time. Even though I like the song fine, that change of pace is awful.
