Is it still showing where YOU live?

^^^^
It appears to be playing at the AMC Kennedy Commons 20 in Scarborough, but as I'm not sure exactly where you are, perhaps that's a little too eastward for you.

Beyond that, yeah, it's only showing at the Kingsway (in the western part of the city) and the AMC Yonge & Dundas (which is, of course, pretty much at the centre of downtown).

Forgive me! I was so eager to reply that I somehow missed your post! And yours was the last one before I posted. Here I am going on about Toronto and the guy who posted just before me had already given info about GTA!

You're the best. Thanks for the tip on the AMC at Kennedy. I still have one friend who hasn't seen it, so I think I'll try to talk him into going this week. So thank you for info, Daneel.

Anecdotal heaven: My IMAX has been showing Star Trek for the last 5 weeks, and just this weekend marks the first time it is being paired with Transformers II.

So I'm able to see how many tickets have been sold through the e-ticketing feature at their website up until 15 minutes before showtime.

And, at 15 minutes before each movie, Star Trek had sold 61 seats, and Transformers II 45--despite it being brand spanking new at the theater and having made 150 million more nationwide.

Made me feel good on a local level... :)

our big regal still has it but it is also now in the cheap theatre so i dont see it being at the regal too much longer.

Happy to help! :)

It's times like this I wish all of Roanoke's old 99-cent and one-dollar theaters hadn't closed down by the end of the 1990s. Now the cheapest local venue charges three or four bucks a film and TREK isn't even showing at it.

Nice! :bolian:

Here in Vegas it's still playing at one first run theater and also at one second run theater. Saw it yesterday for the 10th and possibly final time--unless I get an itch again next week!

Buffalo, NY area - just the bargain theatre left.

Went to see it there last week - decent sized crowd for a bargain flick.

Still running at my theater for the remainder of the week. Thursday night at 11pm is our very last showing. This'll be my 10th and final viewing until the DVD comes out.

Well in Milwaukee, it's playin' at the Budget theaters now. I think it just came in the past week, since last Tuesday when I wanted to go and see Monsters Vs Aliens for $1.00... there was no Trek. Now this week, there's Trek. And when I got there for the 9:45 showing, there was A LINE out the door for tickets... and most of them were going to see Trek. The theater wasn't packed, but still more full than I expected on a Tuesday night, especially for a late showing. And the crowd still had a great reaction to the movie.

So I have a feeling that if the Budget theaters are smart, they'll keep playing Trek XI until the damn thing wears out!

I can't believe it's still playing at the IMAX around here. Moreso, I can't believe I haven't seen it at the IMAX yet!

Still playing at St. Laurent. I went on Friday, the ticket lady said it would probably stay at least two more weeks. Hopefully I can get in viewing #8.....
