Is anyone know what "plasive panova?" which captain Janeway always use when she start taking new strategy to fight aliens. I can not find correct spelling.

I'm guessing that OP may be mishearing the phrase "evasive maneuvers."

There's also the phrase "evasive pattern" typically followed by a designator which may include Greek letters along with numbers; for instance, "evasive pattern omega three," "evasive pattern delta four," etc.
