I'm building the entire Starship Enterprise interior at 1:25 scale

As you can see, no fantail and a second set of clamshell doors where decks 19 and 20 are located, and where the fantail hatch ends up going.
 
"Huge" depends on what you compare it to. It's huge compared to a person. It's not huge compared to a modern day cruise ship. This is why modern Trek ships are so silly massive, because when people start putting them next to things to scale they say "Well... This isn't THAT big!"

That's actually pretty cool and not too fantastical. We see very briefly an uneven corridor in "Where No Man Has Gone Before".

With that nose cone, the secondary hull looks like a baby bottle, or worse. I'm glad they refined it to be so much better in the end, especially with the smaller dish antenna after WNMHGB.
 
I think the nose cone shape would have been refined. He was clearly trying to make the secondary hull echo certain lines of the nacelles. I think that is why he introduced the undercut beneath the fantail. If so, one could imagine the nose cone being much more spherical and the dish moving back when it was enclosed. The whole nose cone idea was no doubt an analog of a radar dish within a jet’s nose-

This is evidently his vision of the TOS E and I’m not going to step on his toes. Some of his ideas are cool and some I question. Nonetheless it’s an awesome project and it’s really conveying the size of the ship unlike anything I’ve seen before.
 
I like his solution to the concave underside of the saucer. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that idea expressed anywhere else before. It’s distinctive and could have looked cool in the TOS aesthetic.

That said I don’t buy into his ideas around shuttlecraft storage.
 
I do not agree with some of his decisions, but it Is his project.
Has he mentioned how large his figal assembly team will be?
