I'd have to find out whether it's true that every possible and conceivable universe exists somewhere in the continuum of parallel universes.

Because if so, there's a universe (or an infinite number of universes) where Star Trek is real.
And one where I'm married to Emma Watson.

But for now I'm going to assume that it's NOT true, because if it was, there would have to be a parallel universe where I AM Q, and since I just had the idea of visiting all the other parallel universes and turning ALL of my counterparts into Q, It should have happened by now. And since it hasn't... bummer.

That's the great thing about infinite numbers. While it means that there are an infinite number of Emmas whose reactions to you would range from indifference to loathing, there must necessarily also be an infinite number of Emmas who would find you WILDLY attractive. If I had Q powers I'd first of all stop all these idiotic wars and famines in one go by turning every single weapon on the planet into something edible.
Then I'd collect all politicians on a small isolated island and let them fight out their differences among themselves.
