OK, I'm feminist as frak, and obviously love the message of "Prophet and Lace," but story-wise? Was there anything at all to that episode besides the comical sex-change plotline? The moral of equality seems pretty obvious to anyone progressive enough to be watching "Star Trek," and to say it would be redundant for "Voyager" would be an understatement....unless the point of the episode was how those of us that already know better should handle a backwards, sexist society when confronted with it.
Either way, I still feel for this to be even remotely recognizable as "Prophet and Lace," someone still needs to dress in drag. (I nominate the pair of either Paris and the Doctor or Tuvok and Neelix going undercover in drag together, for maximum comedic effect. And/or Torres and Seven with fake facial hair.)
