You're funny. I sense an ironic witDamn that Twitter. They should get rid of it. Nothing good ever comes from it.
Aside from Roseanne's tweet, that article doesn't seem to add anything more than what the Hollywood Reporter article I shared. Still, sounds promising. It looks very likely that the spin-off is going to happen.

I don't like what Roseanne tweeted but this is a gross over reaction.
That comedian who called Trump's daughter a cunt is nothing but a bully who would gladly do it again.
Sam Bee was trying to bully Ivanka into reforming US immigration policy on child asylum seekers?
Sam Bee was trying to bully Ivanka into reforming US immigration policy on child asylum seekers?
Ummmm.... then how would you know that it's an over reaction?![]()
If she said pussy would that be okay? Or maybe she should just go around grabbing women by the pussy if they like it or not.
Honestly, you can take your fake outrage and shove it.
That's actually a good point. If people are out for a public flogging of the actress then they are doing a fine job of it. However 'in story' the characters should be as human as we are used to seeing them.I don't feel the need to see Roseanne's family skipping over their grief because the actress is hated by some.
Sam Bee is offensive and achieved nothing.Sam Bee was trying to bully Ivanka into reforming US immigration policy on child asylum seekers?
Sam Bee is offensive and achieved nothing.
Sam made it about her language, that is on her.So Ivanka would have asked her father to stop separating children from their parents at the border, if Sam had asked politely?
Sam's vile language is the only reason that this evil policy continues?
Yeah Sam had no idea the reaction that word would ignite... pull the other oneIf Bee knew that the edited and approved script she was reading off a teleprompter would have gotten her almost probably fired, Sam, or the person in charge of standards and practices would have changed the c-word to asshole or moron, or another less career threatening word that means "bad person" that would not have endangered her staff.
The intense re-action was a surprise.
