Not sure why they turn Madame Xanadu into Madame X. Makes her sound like a Marvel mutant.

Online search of Madame X gives it as the title of a Madonna concert tour.

Might be afraid people with think it's a musical,
It's also the name of play that's been adapted to film a few times.

It's the HBO Max app that came pre-installed on my TV.

Don’t have that problem on my TV but my experience has been very mixed depending on platform (cable box, amazon fire stick, tv, pc, game systems) with some being way slower and sketchy than others.

There's your problem. It's not TV. It's HBO.

Make sure the app is updated. Usually they should auto-update but best to double check.

In his latest Newsletter, comics writer Brian Michael Bendis revealed he was working on two projects for HBO Max.

The first is an adaptation of his and David Mack's (not to be confused with the Star Trek novelist of the same name) spy-fi graphic novel "Cover" as an adult animated series. Bendis wrote the pilot, which Mack is to direct. The script was apparently well-received, which led to Bendis' second project.

So, miracle of miracles, HBO then asked what else I would want to do and if there’s any DC properties I thought would make an interesting show.
I may have yelled the word LEGION louder than you want to in a normal adult person business meeting.
So yeah, the headline today is...
HBO Max has put me to work on a LEGION OF SUPERHEROES TV SHOW.
At the moment it is being developed as an adult animated show. Can you tell I am jumping up and down about this? I’ve been working on it for a while and last week I was sent to the next phase.

He said it would be based on his and Ryan Sook's recent reboot. But he also cautioned that it was still in early development and, as animation takes a long time, would not be released for quite a while yet.

I've like Bendis's Marvel stuff I've read, so I'll probably be checking these out. I haven't checked out any of his DC stuff yet, but this might get me to check out his Legion series.

That's great I always wanted to finish watching that series. It kind of had this X-Files vibe but it got really interesting when Leonard Nimoy joined the cast.
