I've been a techie in one theatrical film, and on screen in two crappy direct-to DVD features. My history in films is covered on my website:

Also did a brief "speak out" message for a Pittsburgh TV station back around 1975 as the result of an English homework assignment. Guess I could do persuasive writing. 
It was funny afterwards; when I went to our local supermarket, a few women approached me to ask if I had been on TV.
I was kind of embarrassed about it since my message was promoting year-round school. I really didn't want that crap, but a half-hour before the class ended one day, the teacher had told me that the assignment, which I thought was due in a few days from that day, was due at the end of the class. I hurriedly wrote whatever b.s. I could and hoped for the best. I didn't expect it to be chosen to be on TV, damn it.

I attended the Senate Judiciary Hearing in April 2007 at which then-U.S. Attorney General Alberto Gonzales rather infamously answered "I do not recall..." to numerous questions from the Senators about the U.S. Attorneys dismissals scandal. CNN did a story about protestors who were in the audience (I was not amongst the protestors), but I could be seen briefly in the background during that segment. Made sure to call up my family that day and let them know.
Doesn't count but when I was 10 years old or so, I was on a local news affiliate smack dab a body shot and then a face closeup on a news broadcast about our Fourth of July parade.
T'Bonz, wasn't there a open casting call for extras in crowd scenes in the new Batman movie down in Pittsburgh just recently? A friend of my sister said she was going there to do it.

Good Morning Arizona visited my high school and filmed our choir singing songs from Footloose.
Several local news outfits covered the Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith line-up. ABC15 used a clip of me that we staged as the teaser for the story. I leaned against a wall holding a cardboard sign that said, "Will work for Republic Credits." Someone dropped change by my feet and I said, "May the Force be with you."
