^^I remember Michael Dorn saying that an average joke would sound ten times funnier than it really was when spoken by Worf because he has such a serious demeanor.

DS9, the depth of characters allowed more quirky little one liners when you weren't expecting it, although I almost voted TOS - but most of the humorous parts of it and intentionally funny I dont think (the episode where everyone who goes the the transporter gets split into good and evil, and a small very cute dog with a taped on lions mane and long tail becomes vicious springs to mind).
Weyoun is comedy gold. I love it when the Dominion has to leave the station, and he claps his hands together and says "Time to start packing!". ´
That was funny.
Agreed about Wayoun CommanderRaytas, he should be scary and creepy, but I find him delightful!
TOS had some funny scenes like with episodes with Harry Mudd and Spock's brain. And drunked Scotty scenes were supposed to be funny when they were allowed to show alcoholism like it was a joke.
