Walter's former bunkmate at the mental institute is linked to the abduction of a young musical prodigy by a serial kidnapper. Peter is concerned when Walter insists on going back to the mental institute to solve the case.

This episode was interesting far better than last week I will give it an 8 out of 10. I am interested to see what exactualy the formula did to the apple, becasue it appeared to be unchanged. I was disapointed however that Walter didn't mess up of Astrid's name. lol

P.S. Is it possible to convert a Motzart or Beethoven musical composition directly to a mathmatical formula?

Didn't it simply allow his gloved hand to pass through the metal and grab the apple?

Wasn't real enthused about this episode. At this point I don't know why I keep watching. Probably for the dad.

I checked another forum apparently the formula allows you to phase through solid objects shawdowcat style.....

I thought this episode was an improvement over recent ones. William Sadler, as usual, plays a very conniving character in his role here. I hope that we actually get some kind of follow-up with the guy who has the formula....

Was the preview for next week's episode or for several future episodes? Seemed way too jam packed to be one episode. They better do something with John Scott soon.

I liked it, but i fell it was kind of slow. I like what they are doing with the lord of the rings guy (i dont remember his name), watching himself looking at his crazy other half.
How are the ratings of this program?

I voted excellent. I really enjoyed this epeiode and the preview for next week has me REALLY anticipating that episode.

So, was the kid's mother only in his head? Then how did they make him believe she was being physically harmed? None of the older more experienced scientists could figure out the sequence/formula but the young inexperienced kid could. I want some explanations pretty soon about what those mysterious people are working towards.
