Forced Relationships

My biggest complaint of Kassidy and Sisko is the Maquis spy bit. Kassidy betrayed him every bit as much as Eddington. She even used her relationship with him to get clearance to leave so she could smuggle them supplies. Yet this was never touched upon. She gets out in a few months(what?!) and they just go back to normal.

I'd forgotten about that! I need to go back and rewatch that because I onky vaguely remember her even going to prison. I do remember being surprised when she popped back up, I'd thought that was going go be the end of her character

To be fair Sisko was kind of standoffish towards Kassidy when she returned.... this could have been because of her treachery..... but he was distracted by the Prophets instead. When he got around to acknowledging her existence, nothing about the Maquis was ever said.

Bashir and Ezri did kind of seem out of left field. Not as bad as Chakotay and Seven, though. I sort of saw Chakotay and Janeway as having some subconscious sparks going on and then suddenly Chakotay and Seven are having a picnic.

And I keep hearing, "Cute? Sexy? ROM??" out of one episode...

Bashir and ezri was just unnecessary for me however i never really disliked any of the relationships that badly.

Yeah, but he didn't have that when he was nakie with Arissa because he probably can't shape shift body hair. (I imagine him being all self conscious about it and got under the covers before Arissa got a good look at all of him.)

Super-Odo in Children of Time became really skilled at the body hair. This must be what you do when you have a few hundred years to practice.

Jake/Dabo Girl (the name escapes me at the moment)
Bashir/Ezri

I dislike Worf/Jadzia, though I do not feel it was forced at all. I would have rather have seen Jadzia end up with Bashir. I also didn't really like Sisko/Kassidy all that much.


Although I dislike Keiko, I don't think O'Brien/Keiko was "forced" exactly.
