That's the difference I've found between eastern and western citys. There, someone got to be killing you for you to able to protect yourself. Here, washington state, you can use deadly force, if someone is going to HURT you. If you have a reasonable expentation of bodily harm. Taser's don't work on ten percent of the population Mostly young men in their twenties, on drugs.

Yep. I'm here in Philadelphia and I'm leaving a friend's apartment when a guy comes up to me and tries to steal my ITouch. Blargh Luckily I got away from him after being forceful and after I got away from him, I joined up with some construction guys. They were nice ^.^

Glad this worked out but just remember that the Itouch or whatever the hell gadget is that you're carrying is not worth your safety or your life (sorry if this has been said). Now that that is outta the way...how'd it go with the construction guys?

Construction guys were nice. They actually walked me to my hotel to make sure I was safe >.>

Yeah, yeah. I know electronics =/= life.
