I love this episode, even though I'm not a fan of the Silver Blood arc (Janeway would never have allowed it to duplicate the crew, in my opinion). It's kind of tragic, and I felt sorry for the Silver Blood crew as they fell apart and realised their origins...especially seeing as they never got to release their time capsule.
