Cant really blame them, if i were a game Dev i would certainly want my games to sell as many copies as possible, and a mutiplatform release is the way to do it, and with the upcoming update to allow 360 games to be installed onto the 360 HD it looks like they have negated the who getting up and changing the disc issue that will come with games on multiple discs.

It won't sell on the 360...
Same with other RPG's...
And the game being multidisc might be one of the reasons why it won't sell on the 360...

Bollocks...
Same with other RPG's...
Absolute nonsense...
Last I checked - Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, Mass Effect and Eternal Sonata were selling perfectly well on the system. Oh, and Oblivion is one of its best selling titles period.
And the game being multidisc might be one of the reasons why it won't sell on the 360...
Firstly, nobody knows how many discs it will ship on. Secondly, the aforementioned Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon are multi disc titles. So please refrain from talking out of your arse, and remove Sony's cock from your throat kthx.

Let me add my voice to those that think FF will do well on 360.
I have 7 personal friends that have 360’s and two of us won’t buy it.
The other 5 totally flipped out when they heard the news.
I'm sure each of us can say the same thing.
Because of the attach rate I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if it does just as well or better on the 360.
Whether you're a game designer or not is irrelevant. Unless you work for Square Enix, that is.As a Game Designer, I fell obligated to add to this discussion.
Also, FF11 was out on 360 too, and there have been numerous spin offs on other platforms, namely the Crystal Chronicles series on the Gamecube and Chocobo Tales on DS.3.) This isn't the first time Sony didn't have the Final Fantasy series all to themselves. I do believe that FF7, FF8 & FF9 were all ported to PC.
I think it's reasonable to assume that it's multi-disc on the 360, but I doubt it needs 25gb, so I'm willing to bet it'll be single disc on the PS3. But the very nature of Final Fantasy games means swapping discs every 15 hours of gameplay really won't be an issue.4.) This game will be multi-disc. I know this because all of the FF games have been multi-disc since they switched from cartridges on FF7.
Indeed, it is their game.5.) Square Enix can do whatever they want with Final Fantasy.
You're a game developer who doesn't appreciate longevity or depth? oooookIt will take too long to complete and RPG's require to much of a learning curve for my taste.
