Here's a Rom one-liner that's actually a one-liner (to be fair, I couldn't find a good enough line at the time, but he is my favorite DS9 character).

Anyhow:

Hey, I was wondering: what are your favorite pithy one-liners from Deep Space Nine? I remember this time when Garak was holding a weapon on a Cardassian that was aiming at Kira (or maybe it was Odo...hell, perhaps both) and Garak says "I'm still here, Rusot." It wasn't a major moment, but that delivery conveyed a clear threat despite the fact that his voice sounded otherwise conversational.

It was all in Nana Visitor's delivery of the line, along with the body language. She is in the top three of great actors in Trek.
