I just finished episode 3, so I saw the boyfriend scene, and what I saw there was a beard.

Wasn't she also dating a guy in the episode where Carson died?

Dr. Janet Frasier and Sam as a couple, has been an audience thing for a long time.

Didn't she and Sam live together for awhile? Or maybe Sam was mothering Janet's kid when Janet wasn't available.

They never lived together, though season 5's Rite of Passage did indicate Carter was a regular visitor to Frasier's home, and after Frasier died Carter did begin looking after Frasier's daughter.

Ah, OK. I Thought I had memories of some conversation about dinner(?) when she got home or something like that, maybe Sam needed a place to stay when her house was destroyed after her acended boyfriend had an especially good time, or was body guarding them for a week or something. 'Course the way I used to read all posts in SG Forum, maybe that was someone's crazy Fanfic to explain the Theory, LOL.
