Elder Scrolls Oblivion Help!!!

It's not a game meant for you beat in a few hours.

Who's trying to beat it in a few hours? I don't think that's even possible.

Actually, from what I've read it is.

perhaps the main quest but no way the entire game and every side quest. Completing the main quest is NOT completing the game.

Anyway on a side note i've got a new great idea for making quick cash, I can do this in like 5 minutes.

1) I can thieve from the Arena Chest for 500 coins.
2) At the side of the arena where those two people are practising fighting in their chest is the 'Bands of Kwang Lao' worth 2005 coins.
3) In the sea east of Anvil is the Fin Gleam Helmet worth 2401 coins.
4) In Jesan Sextus' house in Anvil there is the Witch Hunter Helmet in his bedroom worth 1400 coins, I can steal it at 12pm when he leaves the house.

If I manage to sell them for 50% value that's already 3403 coins, I can then go to the ruins of Piukanda slightly north west of the Imperial City there are 2 Vala stones that are easy to obtain and loads of Welkyd Stones. For the two Vala Stones i'll get about 1000 coins at 50% price and each Welkyd I can get about 25 coins each.

When you start raiding the Daedra you'll get some serious Jack. You get over 10 grand for a set of armor.
Currently I have 168764 in gold.
I've already bought 2 houses and totally upgraded my Buckhorn castle and Frostcrag Spire plug-ins.

Why I keep picking the stuff up and selling it is beyond me because I seriously doubt I find anything I can spend it all on.

One of the things that drives me nuts in the game is this,
When you kill an enemy the weapon or shield falls in the tall grass so you can't find it. If you are on a hill forget it, it's gone.

I'm glad they fixed that in Fallout 3.
Hell you can pull all the goodies from a pinkey finger.

I also hate the small map which the also fixed in Fallout 3.

I'm so tempted to get this just because the voice over is Sean Bean!

Well it's back to work tomorrow from a 3 week vacation and I'm almost ashamed to say the only game I've pretty much played out of my stack of brand new games an older ( and great) game Oblivion.

The game sure has a way of quickly passing the hours (and days).

I would tell myself that I was just going to finish this one quest then move on to something else.

Nope.

I finished off the Thieves Guild, Fighters Guild and Dark Brotherhood quests over Christmas. It's the only time I've cared enough to try to get 1,000 achievement points on a game.
