It is usually pennies to the dollar (or whatever the equivalent Pound ratio). Customers are always at the bottom of the list so we don't get anything (refunds, etc.).Damn, that‘s messed up. I‘m still waiting for a bunch of stuff from them I ordered months ago (among them the Cerritos) worth 100 Euro. Does that mean I‘ll never see that stuff delivered?

Good question. My guess is that you are an unsecured creditor (as am I paying extra on the Who range for the Dalek every 10 issues). Check your rights, but don't hold your breath (if you paid by credit card you should be OK, but different laws apply to debit cards).Damn, that‘s messed up. My gut theory is that new bosses took on debt to expand the business, rather than just let a success carry on within its limits.That’s a shame. What a bummer. They did a nice job for a long time.
