A guy on Youtube made a video about the recently released pictures in Empire Magazine and they look AWESOME. I especially like the Fremen and agree with the guy that those look quite close to the book version with their head covers and long robes, just how desert dwellers should look like.

This one isn't going to be released online, it's only being shown in theaters. The full trailer, which comes out, will be released online.
Have they said yet if how different the full trailer is going to be from the teaser? Is it just going to be the teaser with a few extra bits added, or totally different?
 
Either way, I'm going to just wait for the high resolution of whatever comes out. I really hate watching low-quality trailers. It feels degrading (but I realize that's probably just me).

Meh, trailers are becoming so pointless to me at this point. If a film looks interesting from stills or the story blurb or whatnot then a trailer isn't going to change my mind one way or the other.

Sure, I'm completely sold, too, but that doesn't mean I don't want to see some scenes in action, hear the characters, and get a better feeling how it'll play out. And maybe even snippet of the score.

Fair enough. That I'm less inclined towards because trailers can be misleading and I'm kind of over them.
 
Kind of feels “been there, done that” to me. Like it looks competent and all but I just don’t find it very compelling at least from what can be seen so far.

A little bit, yes on the "been there, done that" feeling. But, it's an old story for me and I am very intrigued to see what these actors can do with this material.

Oddly enough, the music at the end gave be a huge Babylon 5 vibe.......

But I'm sold, in love and will marry this movie.
 
This movie is gonna be amazing and it's not gonna get a sequel because it won't earn enough money because of COVID so we'll only get half of the story. :sigh:
