either way, I was hoping to have an animation to show off this afternoon, but for some reason the lens flare i was using as a sun keeps flickering up and down, but there is nothing keyframed in, and nothing in the track view (3ds max) about it. I can't figure out why it's doing it, so until I do, no animation haha


Don't take this as a criticism because it's not. I like what you're doing. But as I look at this I keep envisioning a different primary hull other than a sphere. Not a saucer in the familiar sense, but more like a sphere with the top and bottom quarters or thirds removed.Hope the nacelles aren't too blue for everyone

Very good so far. However, the connecting section between the primary and secondary hull is still rather impossibly thin (but always been the case on any design variant of this class I've seen).
