Doggies, Doggos and Doggeroos!

"We named the dog Indiana!"

My sister named both of them (Bella coming from the Latin for beautiful) but not sure where she got Indiana from. Our Rottweiler (pictured earlier in the thread) was Magus coming from the Persia but ties to words like magi and magician.

Before that we had a German Shepard named Jenna. Dad never said but believe the name came from the character Jennis Stanis in Blake's 7.

When my parents adopted Obi for my brother (she latched onto me far more than anyone else), my brother wanted to give her a vaguely Japanese name, but also wanted to show his inner geek or impress me (still not sure which), so her full name was Obi-Wan. :)

Mongo had his 11th birthday party last week with his kitty friend, plus a bonus photobomb by Molly down below.

Sable.

I lost her in 2012. She was almost 15 years old but was always my Puppy and she was always my best friend. We went through a lot together. She was a year old when I adopted her after a family realized that their children would not care for a dog like they had promised. Their loss. She was one of the most amazing dogs, ever.

I’m sorry. It’s always hard to lose such good friends.
