Details About Galaxy's Edge - New Disney Themed Land

no, it won't. The absolute worst thing that will happen is they'll get tossed in the trash and you'll be on your way.

Sheesh.

Not according to the TSA itself.

In an update to their original Twitter reply, they stated the following:
"If our officers discover a replica item during screening and believes it’s real, the item will be treated as such until advised otherwise by law enforcement.”

Can they be mailed? In the past after visiting Disney I have bought collectibles to large to fit in my Suit case so I would drop them in the mail on the way to the airport.

^ I'm pretty sure you can ship them home, but personally, I don't think it's worth the monetary hassle to pay to ship home a $5 bottle.

I do think this policy is stupid, but trying to circumvent it is, IMO, more trouble than it's worth.

And no one will believe that it's real. If you take the cap off, it looks like literally nothing special at all.

If you look at the bottle without the cap it looks like....a round coke bottle.

I understand TSA's policy of banning replicas. It's sensible. But, take those things apart, it ceases to be a replica. At all.

The TSA ban applies whether the decorative caps are on the bottles or not.

IOW, the bottles are considered by the TSA to be "replica explosives" even if they have normal caps.

I imagine the Los Angeles area TSA agents will be keeping an eye out for these, and not actually treat each one as a likely explosive carried by a probable terrorist.

Those taking road trips before flights, however, would be wise to be extra cautious.

Glad to hear it. I think just looking at them is enough to make it clear they aren't really bombs.

Maybe someone finally realized that these are replica explosives about as much as Christmas ornaments are.

The spherical cola containers were used for Christmas some years ago.

They make good Enzmann starships.

The TSA probably saw that it was a replica of an explosive and blanket banned it until they could get a look at it in person for review. Once they reviewed it, they saw what it was, and that is wasn't all that much of a replica of even a fictional explosive...just in the same general shape as one, and ended the ban.

No. The TSA knew that the bottles were bottles, but they still decided to treat them as "replica explosives" and ban them.

Maybe a silly question, but how does a sign at Galaxy's Edge make something canon? How can a "land" where movie characters wander around and interact with 21st century Earthlings be canon?

Curious. We shall see. The Madalorian is around the correct time to line up with her character's first EU appearance back in Heir to the Empire. So she could always show up someplace, doing something.

Because the events that are occurring within the Land's story are canon.
