FINALLY! We see the pod trip back to the ship.
Okay this was a pretty great ep. I did wonder though.. the father/daughter Omec have obviously suffered some big dysfunction from only having each other for so many years, and the daughter is fucked from being raised that way. Why didn't they just wake up a few more Omec for the trip?

T'evgin also kept referring to all of the Omec on the ship as her siblings, and I've been trying to figure out if he mean that literally or figuratively.
This was a great episode. I was expecting one of the Omec to die before the end of the season, but I have to admit I was a little surprised it was actually Tev, and that it went down the way it did.
It looks like my prediction for the season finale's last shot will be happening sooner than I expected.
I'm glad we got Berlin back, I missed her.
I wonder if we'll get any more with the VC before the finale, or if they'll save that for next season?

I think it was some combination of not having enough resources to wander around space aimlessly with more of them awake, and needing more energy, which is why the first couple episodes of the season were focused on the Omec mining the golamite from old St Louis.
Well it looks like the vet is still alive, just on the menu for the dread harvest.
I thought they were storing all those folk for a quick bite to get their strength up before the harvest, but there are literally thousands of Omec on that ship. And only a few appetizers in cages.
