Oh, that's unfortunate. I was hoping someone had eventually developed an MMO that could transcend platforms.

If I remember correctly Microsoft looked at this last year, they quickly dropped the idea when (in their testing) it becomes clear that the use of a keyboard and mouse gave such an advantage over a joystick that it was a terrible experience for console gamers when faced against PC-based opponents - I think the word 'slaughter' was used.
The biggest problem I ran into was that when I was picking if I wanted PvP or PvE, it got really jumpy and I accidently picked PvP. So I kept randomly getting attacked by player controled villains and getting killed in like 5 seconds.
Does it matter if you don't log out before you quit?
How do you log out, I couldn't find the option anywhere?I think it's likely Ok. The worst that can happen is that it logs you out after being idle for so long, which won't matter much if you're not playing anymore. Which might take from 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how they have things set up. Considering the queue is huge, it's likely 5 minutes. On the other hand, the likely reason why the queue is so high is that people aren't logging out properly. That said, they should probably make the logout more prominent.

Ok, I have kind of a stupid question, but I've never really done this kind of stuff before. When you quit you're character disappears, right? Or do they just stand around until you log back in?
