Led by Alan Moore....the Campaign to Fuck Up Everything Alan Moore Has Ever Given Us.

What is the deal on Swamp Thing now, btw? Does he have the memories of previous canon or not? I kinda lost track of a lot of Brightest Day.

I wasn't referring to his current work, but to his annoyance with the continued use of his past work in the DCU.But seriously, I'm not really sure what you mean.
It is our goal to have three completed issues of each series in the can by August 31st, no exceptions. If that criterion cannot be met, we’ve instructed Editorial to begin work at that time on material that will be able to meet the deadlines for the series.
That's certainly possible. Barbara Kessel actually pitched that idea for a Batgirl series right after The Killing Joke, but DC went the Oracle route instead.I'm wondering if perhaps Barbara Gordon will still be in the wheelchair out of the suit, and is just using tech or something to walk while in the suit. Unless I missed it, nobody has actually said she will definitely be out of the wheelchair 100%. I could easily see some pretty emotionally powerfull moments where we cut between her kicking ass as Batgirl, but then being forced to get back into the wheelchair when she takes the suit off.
Oh agreed. I guess I view this whole "#1" thing as a dark cloud, I'm just trying to find a silver lining somewhere.'Batgirl Inc' would be interseting. And it'd mean we'd still get to read about Steph and Cass. I still wouldn't be won over on it though. If they're keeping current Babs, she's been operating her own organisation on equal footing with Batman and Superman for years. Going back to being called Batgirl, especially when there's a Batwoman of the same age running around, would seem pretty infantalising in that context.
So far, but there are 18 more titles to be announced. Is this medieval-y thing the only title Paul Cornell has been confirmed as writing?
OMAC with Giffen! And DiDio? (Of Outsiders fame!)It looks like Batman, Inc. post-hiatus will also get a new #1 issue:

I already posted the update on Batman, Inc. two pages ago or something like that.
