Daredevil season 3 Marvel/Netflix

I'm not sure what's included in the omnibus, but Miller's original run started (as artist) in issue 158 and as writer/artist in #168 through 191. After that came a few random single issue stories and then stuff like Born Again (in issues 227-233), The Love and War graphic novel, the Elektra Lives Again graphic novel and the Man Without Fear and Elektra: Assassin mini series.

To be fair, I'd be up for Foggy dying just as much. Her gender has nothing to do with it, she's just the worst regular character on the show (with Foggy a close second). I've wanted the character to die since season 1, so the show can move on and not be dragged down by such a terribly written character. She adds nothing to the show, she's obnoxious, and just dragged the show to a complete stop whenever they gave her a subplot (I almost went into a coma with her Punisher stuff in Season 2) So, even though the show has ruined Kingpin, I would give a Season 4 a look if Karen Page was gone and not coming back.

Daredevil #290, at least the cover, shows Bullseye in his classic costume, and someone earlier said he never wears his costume, so
Plus, I can't find a single picture of Bullseye in any kind of costume online. But, on the other hand, images show that Matt drops his costume in S3 entirely for that stupid black shirt/pants/Iron Fist mask get up, but he adds a twist...taped up gloves! Anyway, I'm done watching shows that ignore the hero costume in general, even if I wasn't already refusing to watch Season 3 because I'll never watch "hero gets framed" stories again at this point.So, no matter who is right about what Bullseye looks like, it doesn't really matter to me at this point.

So its part of the terrible "Daredevil gets framed" story, while also screwing two characters out of their costumes. Of course, what else did I expect from Marvel's TV division. Even its few good shows don't stay good past a season or two (although to be completely fair almost every comic book based show that is still ongoing that was good at one point got bad by Season 2/3, not just Marvel's).
Its a bit depressing to realize that Inhumans and Iron Fist are the Marvel TV norm, and DD Season 1 and Agents of SHIELD's first two-ish seasons are the exceptions quality wise.

Also, of course Kingpin has hired FBI agents who will dress up like Daredevil and kill people. In a world with the Hulk, its weird that Daredevil has the most fantastical, unrealistic plot

Well, then Bullseye was a corrupt FBI agent in Fisk's pocket who frames DD on his own. Either way, doesn't fit the character.
It doesn't really matter. Of course the Marvel Netflix shows were going to get Bullseye wrong. They get basically everything wrong, why start getting a character right at this point? They used up their allotment of good characters with season 1 Kingpin, LC Season 1 Luke Cage and Matt Murdock.

Bullseye is a guy with really good aim who can make anything a weapon. That's all the "right" the character needs to be.
And Superman is just a strong alien who flies and shoots laser beams from his eyes, besides that (using your logic) he could be a literal frog or a serial killer and it wouldn't matter, because apparently only the power matters.
bullseye is more then what you state, and as such Bullseye is not actually in Daredevil Season 3, just like how no version of Elektra was actually in season 2, its just stealing names and slapping them onto terrible original characters created by the bad writers.

your point seems to be that anyone who has Bullseye's powers is Bullseye, and that's BS. He is a character with his own personality and history, none of which the Netflix show uses. So, they don't actually use Bullseye, they just steal the name.
As with all adaptations, they have picked elements from throughout the character's history to use and have created some new ones to fit the story being told. SOP for such things.
Poindexter really hasn't earned the name Bullseye yet. Just like Fisk didn't earn the name "Kingpin" until season 2, and then the name was used often in season 3.
Yeah, except Captain America is still Captain America and Iron Man is still Iron man even if they got some tweaks. That Bullseye isn't Bullseye, even if he has similar powers.
Having read Daredevil off and on for about 40 years and have seen the entirety of "Daredevil" Season 3, to my mind he's very much Bullseye, even with the tweaks they've added. And oh, I have a few issues with the changes made to the MCU's Cap and Iron Man. Changes that bother me a lot more that the ones with Bullseye. Especially when it comes to Cap, who's my favorite character.
