Daredevil season 3 Marvel/Netflix

Was that a promotional thing Marvel/Netflix did or something a fan did as a joke?

More of Matt Murdock's man pain. What is his reason for his angst-fest this season?
Um, he's a superhero. Comes with the territory.

Also, let's beat the stuffing out of you, drop a building on you, kill your girlfriend after discovering that she's a world ending weapon and your worst enemy is out of prison.

That's bound to damper someone's spirits.

Also ostracized his best freinds.

If only I cared.

Vox's season 3 review is titled "Daredevil season 3 is a return to what made the show so good in season 1."

Does that include a mid-season sag in the pacing?

Sorry for the double post but this little featurette posted, with BTS comments from Charlie Cox, Vincent D'Onofrio, and executive producer staff. So, possible spoilers, maybe:

I watch "Daredevil". I don't share the belief that it's the best of the Marvel Netflix shows and I'm making it clear. I didn't realize that I was not allow to express my honest feelings about it.
Respectfully, it was not clear. The statement was "If only I cared." Ok. Well, the reading I had on that is that you didn't care about Matt Murdock as a character and were not interested in the show in general. It was not a commentary about whether or not Daredevil is the best of the Marvel shows so that point missed the target by quite a distance.

I rewatched The Defenders today in preparation for tomorrow's release. Still just as great as the first time around. Can't wait for season 3!

And, we're off to the races. All I'll say so far, is that they immediately address the end of Defenders and move on with the story before the opening credits.

Quake and Daredevil have now officially been established to have gone to the same orphanage. St. Agnes. It was speculation before but never actually established.

ETA: Father Lantom has a larger and more significant role in the first episode than he did in all of season 2.

I love all of those things (particularly Lantom's greater role!), but I'm also thrilled that they finally covered territory that The Defenders stepped aside from: Direct follow-up on Matt's confession to Karen that he's Daredevil. It was only a few minutes but the flashback covered a lot of ground that The Defenders carefully avoided.

I also liked how Matt's senses didn't come back right away and that when they did begin to return somewhat, he rushed his training too quickly.

Matt Murdock is my least favorite Marvel Netflix lead. That's how I feel about him.

Don't most Marvel shows have that? The main character getting seriously injured and laid up for the next episode.

What makes you think that my complaint about the show's mid-season sag was about that? Luke Cage was seriously hurt by Diamondback before Claire had to drive him to Georgia in the middle of Season One of "Luke Cage". And yet, my attention remained intact. For me, it wasn't about the main character getting injured. It was about how the mid-season (whatever happened) was handled.
