Don't forget they constantly bury the lead when it's bad by posting bad news in follow up comments.

Today we learned that...

So, in short: "We're not talking about what you paid for nor will you be getting the things you paid for."
"We spent your postage on new carpets. Sorry."

Sounds like the lawyers may have finally managed to convince them to stop talking about the case.

I wonder when a group of Axanar supporters will start their own group not controlled by tptb, and really start hashing out what has happened. they will need savvy moderators to stave off concerted waves of kamikaze trolls, but I bet it will happen soon.

The mutiny is upon us.

Lol - Paramount/CBS isn't going to drag this out for years; plus I'm pretty sure (as they're working Pro Bono) NEITHER does Axanar's legal representation. I also like how he claims poverty with respect to the creation/shipping of donor perks. I guess the office carpet tiles were more important then fulfilling anything they could have with regard to KS/Indegogo donor pledges.

Yep, some real class there by Mr. Peters and Co. (Surprised we didn't hear something on the cost of their Sushi celebrations.)

He certainly name drops Propworx or his prop collection in general a lot in the latest video. "Oh hi! You caught me leaning on my phase cell from Defiant"

prop collectors are another group who stand to get a black eye by association with all this... I can't fulfill your orders or refund you but hey admire my collection!

I was just working on my resume, and that made me wonder if any of the professionals on this project are going to keep it listed on their sheets.

Look, I'm not the kind of person who nags and nags until I get what I want. Y'all needed time, and this was for a full feature, fine. I voiced my concerns in here and they get deleted because it you can't have people being unhappy with you in this group? That's BS. I'm not looking to sift through an orgy of information. Sum it up. I'm not interested in reading your pages and pages of stuff. Maybe it makes y'all feel like you've actually done something, but it doesn't change where the project actually IS. In fact, summing it up on a regular basis might have actually stay on schedule.

As a scholar, the people I had to be accountable to didn't want every bleedin' minutiae of detail about how my research was going. They wanted updates that were succinct. They wanted deadlines kept. If it wasn't perfect, guess what? It'll never be perfect, but go with it anyway. There's always room for improvement, and if you think not, they could find five people to recommend improvements right there in the building.

I kicked in on a big project. There's been nothing - not one thing - sent out. No challenge coins or patches. Somebody posted the link to the digital stuff, and that's great, but it doesn't make up for a project estimated to be finished in December 2014 (that's from the actual Kickstarter rewards option, as it's listed)

As a human being, I'm allowed to feel frustrated at the likelihood that my support was for naught. Don't give me homework (reading through every minute piece of afore mentioned orgy of information) and tell me I have no excuse to be upset when I realize that there really has been NO progress and now CBS/Paramount is taking issue with y'all.

So, Terry, if the collective Axanar ego is so fragile that it cannot handle people voicing criticism, I have no reason to believe that Axanarians will really have much of a chance to read this post, either. But it reinforces what I've already seen in here. You know it, and I know it. Keep in mind, however, that this highly curated group is not the only place for my voice.

Says the scholar. Many of us are scholars, and many of us also know how to post our issues, but without the drama. Please, continue to read the many posts made on a regular basis. We can work together as friendly acquaintances towards our common goal. But we must all learn to use a bit of tact, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence. As for Team Axanar; Warp Speed!

Right. There you go. Try to belittle the person voicing the argument instead of actually speaking to the issue. Hero material right there.

FYI - I'm finished with this thread, so...fire at will.

Well yeah, @Lynsioux, do not speak out against the Gods of Axa-, er, Olympus. Their followers will smite you for your lack of faith, because they may find it disturbing.
