You know, for the money he spent on that first sound stage, I'm guessing he could have outright purchased this building and paid the taxes and utilities for decades...
There's a better place to store his bridge that's only a five-hour drive away.

I hate Discovery, and I knew from the outset this guy had no chance in hell. What level of hate do I have to reach to put my faith in that hopeless a cause?
