Carmilla the series

Sparkle Fabulosa

I know a few people on here watch so having finished the second season, I'm left with one nagging question. When exactly did Perry become possessed by the Dean? Is she still in her body or does the Dean have full control?

Spoilers for Season 2 . .... be warned!

I think she's been possessed since early in Season 2. Perry may be in there somewhere, but I think the Dean has full control.

(You'll recall she briefly possessed Laura in Season 1 as well.)

Right. So maybe Perry (under possession) is responsible for all the murders that have been happening at Silas?

Also I had no idea that the show was set in Austria.

Will I forgive you if this sucks?

"Eventually"

(Consider putting a link to the Youtube channel in the first post for the completely ignorant, who may want to come late to the party.)

Give it a try. The webisodes are only 1-9ish minutes so it's a fairly quick viewing experience.

Thank you, but I've had both seasons on my hard drive since ten minutes ago, and I have just cued up episode 5.

Is this set in an alt Unverise after men have died out?

Nah, there's a fraternity on campus, too. We meet some of their members eventually. And some of the college board members are men, too.

I met the Fraternity.

I'm good.

That's my douche canoe quota filled in for the year.

(Starting episode 10.)

The Austria thing is weird. They mention it sporadically, but I'm always startled when they do. It's very easy to forget that they're supposedly in Austria . . . especially with the frat boys and all. :)

But remember the Christmas episode? That was definitely set in Europe somewhere.

I don't have the Christmas episode.

(Back to the coalface!)

Is it weird that they all went to the Kevin Smith School of Acting?

I guess the Austria thing is a nod to the original story, and gives them an excuse to mention villagers with torches and pitchforks occasionally.

FYI: For those who are still wondering what the heck we're talking about, CARMILLA is a modern, Buffy-esque,extremely addictive take on the classic vampire story, being done as webisodes.

Season 2 just wrapped up last week.

I watched S1 & The Christmas Special. I enjoyed it in it's format but this would be an awesome network series like The Vampire Diaries. :D

Laura is annoying and honestly don't like Carmilla either. I like Danny & Perry a lot. It was interesting with LaFontaine/J.P., glad they didn't lose J.P.

I am gonna take a break before getting into S2. :bolian: I am looking forward to watching it though.
