Beverly Picard shares command with the e.c.h formerly of Voyager and their bickering over who is the better physican AND commander of the ship leads to numerous hi jinks.
Also starring David Tennant as another individual with a similar name.
And Chris Barrie as the prototype hard light hologram bitter about his forgotten treatment by his starfleet engineer "parents"

This would be soooo so stupid. And I would watch heck out of it.

I'm not sure about a whole series but I have always wanted to see Barclely in command of ship, if only for a short period of time like during an emergency where he was the highest ranking officer.
Also I'd love to see Crusher or Bashir in command of a vessel, after watching "All Good Things" I found the idea of following the adventures of a hospital ship interesting.

I think Captain Vash could have made for some good fun.
Subtract Beverly Crusher and give the Doctor the last name of "Schweitzer" or "Zimmerman" and I'd watch it.
Have it set enough years in Voyager's future to allow Naomi to be the First Officer, with Seven and Icheb also as full crew members.
I really would have liked a Captain Sulu series (with George Takei).

I am very much a newbie, so excuse me if I get this wrong. I agree, John Cho (as the new Sulu) would make a good start at the point of the Kettermer accords. I also think that onboard should be a Bajoran mystic who has the ability to see and change the future as well as see the past (but cannot change it). This character should be a bubble-head for comic relief and should not be Startfleet personnel. This mystic can then put Sulu and others in touch with their pasts (ie the Takei as grandfather idea) as well as throw in future scenarios for the series. I think also the inclusion of Q's (John Delancy's) son as a major influence could also be useful.
George Takei wouldn't think so.
