Interview with Jude Law... https://ew.com/movies/2018/09/06/jude-law-teases-character-captain-marvel/
I think the Sentry was colored blue originally and somewhere along the line some one colored the humanoid Kree blue and it sort of stuck.
No spoilers here, if this is what's happen it's called "a lucky guess". I haven't really given much thought to the involvement of Ronan and Korath before now because there wasn't really any context as as to their appearance. Most of the publicity stuff has gone out of its way to say that this is before the pair went off on their extremist side venture with Thanos. But what if it isn't before? What if they are already working with Thanos? What if Carol catches wind of her teammate's actual allegiance and his ultimate endgame? Suppose that's why she returns to Earth? Maybe she confided what she learned with Fury, and that's why she gave Fury that pager. And when people started disappearing, that's how Fury knew it was finally time to signal Carol.
Yeah, I guess that would technically make her half-Kree. Obviously my first thought was one parent of each, but I guess as long as long as her DNA is split between the two, she would still be half-Kree, no matter how it happened.
The problem with that idea is from what we saw, Fury is most likely unaware of Thanos's involvement with what was going on. Either way, that scene kinda creates a problem (that for all I know the movie may perfectly address). Specifically: why wait until *then* to call in Captain Marvel? Why not when Loki & the Chitauri were wrecking the joint?
Only a problem except for the other 6,956,375,866,3853,089,740 times it has happened in comics and such. Maybe he did try call her during the Loki business and she was too far away in space to get there before the Loki show was over? Whatever, make a reason and give yourself a no-prize.
The Chitauri invasion was a test for the Avengers and/or Cap Marvel never could have helped in time, especially with the nukes.
Besides, it's hardly even worth considering it a minor concern. It needs no more explaining than- Iron Man: What kept you? Captain Marvel: I knew I should of taken that left turn at Albuquerque. Or alternately- Captain Marvel: Watching my friend Jodie breaking some glass ceilings.
Interview with Clark Gregg, but sadly, no pics. Apparently, we will see Coulson and Fury's first meeting. I hope they don't deviate from Coulson's history as established on the show. I remember that he was recruited out of college, but I can't remember if that was by Fury specifically.
My theory is that Coulson will be in jail for, I don't know, murdering a puppy in front of some school children, but he is so good at witty comebacks that Fury recruits him. That's my theory based on how much this movie likes to fuck with established characters.
